The Bodii Styling Range team is always committed to your full and total satisfaction.

 

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, simply return the unused portion to us and we will be happy to credit your account for the full purchase amount or exchange or an alternate item(s) of equal or lesser value of your choosing.

Please include your original invoice along with noting:

 

(1) The reason for your return; and

(2) Your request for either a credit or an exchange or alternate item(s).

 

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, it is recommended that you send your return via an insured method which can be tracked in the case of loss.

 

Note: Return shipping fees are not refundable.

 

In the case of damaged items, please contact us immediately at info@bodii.com.au for assistance. When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during transit. Should damage have occurred during shipment please contact us immediately and retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection. We always endeavor to process your return or exchange promptly:

• Most returns are processed within 3-7 business days of our receipt;

• Most exchanges are processed within 7-10 business days of receipt and are shipped via standard shipping service.

 

Transit time for such packages is usually 5-7 business days from the time of shipping. We typically send an email confirming our receipt and the processing of your return.

Only products purchased via our online site may be returned for refund or exchange.
